Both directors are dedicated to developing projects with new voices. Unusually, the development process of all projects, includes composer involvement from an early stage.

Georgia Muenster, with an arts background and a history of working in residency productions, joined Cloud Nine initially to organise the Pandora's box residency programme in Algarve, Portugal. She now also works across all aspects of production.
